INTA is the International Urban Development Association, composed of
over 2000 members, associates and partners in 60 countries,
representing urban practitioners from national governments, local
authorities, public and private corporations, associations and research
institutions.
-
Founded in 1976, INTA is the largest international network whose
mission is to promote the exchange of experiences between urban
practitioners from different sectors, to anticipate the City of
tomorrow, and to offer its membership operational responses adapted to
the challenges of urban change and transformation.
-
INTA organises the exchange on all fields and scales of urban
development focusing on integration of sector policies conducted by
public and private bodies.
-
INTA's regular activities are based on the principle of
cross-fertilization of the experiences of its membership and partners
through conferences, specialized seminars, Peer-to-Peer panels,
training and a Congress, which is the Annual international benchmark
for urban development.
-
INTA develops partnerships with European institutions and worldwide organizations engaged into sustainable urban future.
