Budiarsa Sastrawinata is a businessman with a long experience in Real Estate. A father of 4  married to Rina Ciputra Sastrawinata, he is an entrepreneur with extensive track records in large scale development, holding many important positions in companies and organizations throughout Indonesia and the world. He is currently the President Director of PT Ciputra Residence, the company behind numerous New Towns in Indonesia (i.e. CitraRaya Tangerang, CitraGarden City Jakarta, & CitraGrand City Palembang). He's also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ciputra Group's latest international New Town developments such as Grand PhnomPenh International City in Cambodia, Kolkata West International City in India and Ciputra Hanoi International City in Vietnam, for which he was awarded by Hanoi People’s Committee (HPC) for outstanding performance in 2007. Budiarsa Sastrawinata received also the Asean Businessmen Award 2007 from the Asean Capital Business Forum.

His present position also includes Managing Director of Ciputra Group and Director of PT Damai Indah Golf - a company that owns and operates two prestigious Golf Courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Robert Trent Jones, in Jakarta. 

He is former Member of Indonesian House of Representatives and Indonesian Parliament. He is actively involved in real estate organizations in Indonesia and the world. He is member of the Advisory Council of Real Estate Indonesia (REI), member of FIABCI, member of the Advisory Council of AREBI (Real Estate Broker Association), and President of INTA since 2008.
