INTA's activities are structured along three main axes: Exchange, Advice and Training.

Exchange: Sharing practices and experiences
Advice:      Transferring know-how by engaging members
Training:    Enabling members by developing professional urban skills

Exchange
Annual World Congress
Conferences and seminars
World Urban Development Council
Roundtables
Communities of Competences

Advice
Peer-to-peer Advisory panels
Brainstorm sessions

Training
Annual Summer Course
Professional skills development seminars
Crash courses
Master Classes
Study visits

INTA activities all have the same purpose: to facilitate and fasten the exchange of experiences and knowledge and develop cooperation between public and private urban actors and build professional competences. INTA's members co-produce solutions through international and regional exchanges on urban issues that require serious attention. INTA's International Secretariat coordinates the network and its activities. Publications follow most of these activities to disseminate the results first to members then to larger audiences.
