A delegation of 22 Turkish Mayors and Deputy Mayors, brought together by the Turkish Association of Local Authorities, visited the City of The Hague for a study visit on efficiency in citizen services. INTA composed a programme of presentations delivered by the Province of South Holland, Deltametropool, Europa Nostra, and EUKN.
