Tallinn, longstanding member of INTA, has started its year of culture. The most important cultural event in the history of Estonia will bring some of the worlds biggest names to Estonia. Check http://www.tallinn2011.ee/ for information on Roof Top Cinema and Cinema in the Urban Space, for information on the winter swimming festival, and much more on how Tallinn will make use of this year to promote its excellency in cultural infrastructure and urban regeneration through cultural projects.
